STARTERS

1. Chicken & Pork terrine with cranberry & pistachio served with toasted brioche and chutney.

2. Smoked salmon with pickled vegetables, avocado mousse & toasted sourdough slices

3. Beetroot carpaccio with whipped goats cheese, grilled fig & toasted walnuts

4. Beef Bourguignon with buttered carrots and dauphinoise potato.

5. Chicken Breast wrapped in Parma ham & sage with wild mushroom sauce, roasted new potatoes.
