MENU

STARTER

1. Antipasto

A selection of cured continental meats served with sun blush tomato and roquito chilli pearl salad. 

2. Kiln Roasted Salmon and King Prawn Cocktail

Flakes of hot house roasted salmon and king prawns served on a bed of salad leaves with cucumber, lime wedge and lashings of chipotle alioli. 

3. Oven Roasted Mushroom Pate (V)

Rich, creamy and earthy with crème fraiche, garlic and thyme. served with crisp crackers, butter, caramelised red onion chutney and salad leaves and sunblush tomatoes.

MAIN

4. Beef Wellington

Fillet of prime beef with rich pate encased in lattice pastry with rich gravy.   

5.  Succulent slow roasted pork belly

in apricot and thyme glaze served with gravy. 

6.  Individual nut roast (V)

with brown rice, mushrooms and hazelnuts delicately flavoured with herbs. With vegetable gravy.

DESSERT

7.  Sicilian Lemon Cheesecake.

Biscuit base with cold set lemon cheesecake studded with lemon muffin sponge, topped with hand piped cream, white chocolate shavings and tangy lemon compot. 

8.  Black Forest Torte

White chocolate cheesecake on a bourbon biscuit base, filled with Dark cherry compote, layered with a rich chocolate ganache and sweet sugar dusting
